My Tenancy Matters is run by Tenancy Matters Pty Ltd. We collect as little as we can, and your condition report stays on your own device.

What stays on your device

• Your condition report, ratings, notes and photos.
• Your repair and bond record, photos of quotes and invoices, and the details you type into the email tool.

These are saved in your browser on your phone, iPad or computer. We don't upload them and can't see them. If you clear your browser data they are deleted, so save a PDF or backup regularly.

What we keep

• Your Tenancy Pass: your name, email address, the pass's end date, the type of device and browser it's activated on, and when it's opened.
• Payments: Stripe processes payments. We receive your name, email and the amount paid; we never see your card details.
• Reports you email from the tool: the report is sent through our email provider to the address you choose, and we keep a note of when it was sent and to whom.
• Emails to support@: kept in our email system so we can reply.

Website analytics

We may use Google Analytics to count visits and which buttons and states are used. It never receives what you type, your address, your report or your photos.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site: Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (sending emails) and Google (email and analytics). We don't sell your information.
